Standard pricing is applicable only to fundraisers initiated on August 15, 2020, and thereafter.
Premium features are offered at 0% for natural disasters.
A Local + Foreign Payment Gateway fee of 3% is applicable to the funds raised.
Taxes, including a GST of 18%, will be charged additionally on Shoho Success Fee and Payment Gateway fee (not on the total funds raised).
Shoho Success Fee will be calculated based on the actual amount collected, not the goal amount.
The currency exchange rate will depend on the receiver’s bank.
GST credit will be available to customers who submit the GST details in a timely manner on our portal.
Advertising costs will be added and billed based on actuals.
