When your  fundraiser page is prepared, you need to find out the supporters. You can follow some tricks for crowdfunding that are given below:

The best flow of your fundraiser campaign moment is the first and last days of the total campaigning time. You have to give more focus on these days. So lets get started!

    • Step 1 : You need to differentiate the circle which on is close circle and which one is outer circle. In Close circle you can add Friends, family and colleagues. On the other hand, you can add old friends, distant relatives, ex colleagues, friend’s relatives etc on our outer circle.
    • Step 2 : You have to reach out the close circle first – friends, family and colleagues.  They will believe you  and most likely to give. As they cherish and care about you they will not ignore you.  Because they can feel your enthusiasm for the cause of your fundraising.
    • Step 3 : You have to reach you outer circle in this step like your old friends, distant relatives, ex colleagues, friend’s relatives, etc. When they saw you  already got some donors giving their support to your fundraising campaign it will make interest on them to join the campaign as well.

There is an important fact that when you are close to your goal for fundraising people show their more interest. It will help you to be a successful fundraise campaigner. When you will have a good start people will obviously help you.

You have to set up your aim to get  40% of your funding will came from around 25 people from your close circle. Your outer circle will help the rest fundraising momentum uprising.

The social media platform is the best platform for the communication. You can chat face to face through direct emails and WhatsApp messaging, Facebook and others social platform. So when you start connecting with yours circle for the fundraising campaign, good communication can be the key to the successful campaign.

  • Ask them to share the fundraiser link on social media

Follow – Up Email

  • Talk about how the NGO has been doing amazing work for our country’s underprivileged
  • Talk about how far your fundraiser has reached and the distance you still need to go
  • Add the fundraiser link and ask your network to join the movement in support
  • Ask them to share the fundraiser link on social media

Wrap – Up Email

  • Talk about the great response and messages you have received and how the experience has been
  • Share press coverage of the NGO, if any
  • Share the progress of the fundraiser page
